Ross Millington finished 5th in the Meyo Indoor Mile in 4.02.02 in Indiana in his first indoor race of the season coming through very fast on the last lap.
He will race indoors over 3,000 metres this weekend and will then have further attempts to become the first ever Harrier to break the 4 minute mile barrier.
Ross has enjoyed a good cross country season with the New Mexico Lobos, the team finished 8th at the NCAA cross country final, the race is second only to the World Cross in terms of depth of quality.
