The Monday Evening Senior Endurance Group meets at 6.50pm every Monday of the year except for Bank Holidays. From Late September to mid-April, most sessions are on the Track at Woodbank Stadium, apart from some hill sessions. From mid-April to late September, most sessions are in Woodbank Park. How do you know if this is the right group for you? If you can run a 5k between 17 and 22 minutes, you will fit right in.
